How the subscriptions work.
15-day Free Trial.
All our plans include a 15-day free trial. During this period, you can explore all features without commitment and cancel anytime at no cost.
Once the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the app. If you subscribe before the trial ends, you will not be charged until the trial is over — the trial period will still be honored. If your trial has ended and you are already subscribed, the charge will be applied and will not be refundable.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until canceled.
Easy Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime simply by uninstalling the app from your Shopify dashboard. No further action is needed.
Important: Uninstalling the app will delete all your settings and product templates created with the app. Please note: If you prefer to cancel your subscription but keep your data, you can do so in the backoffice of the app.
Important on Charges and Refunds
All charges made are final and non-refundable, even if you uninstall or cancel the app afterward. Cancellation or uninstallation does not affect past charges.
Plan Changes (Upgrade or Downgrade)
You can change your plan at any time. The price difference is automatically prorated based on the time spent on each plan.
Example: if you use the Basic plan for 10 days and upgrade to the Intermediate plan, you’ll only pay the proportional difference for the rest of the month.
Payments and Billing
All payments are processed through Shopify, not by us directly. Billing cycles and charges follow Shopify’s policies.

20% Discount on Annual Plans
If you choose to pay for a full year in advance, you’ll receive a 20% discount compared to the monthly rate.
Note: if you cancel or uninstall the app before the year ends, the unused time will not be refunded.
Annual subscriptions involve a 1-year commitment.
By installing and subscribing to the application, the user explicitly agrees to all the terms and conditions of the subscription.
