Free Support Policy
We are committed to helping you get Qstomizer up and running smoothly in your store. Our free support includes everything necessary to ensure that the app works correctly out of the box, but it does not cover custom development or advanced configurations.
Please note: These support conditions apply to all subscription plans, including Basic, Advanced, and Professional (or any other plan that may appear in the future). Access to free support is not dependent on the subscription tier.
Please read the details below to understand exactly what is—and isn’t—included in our free support.
What is included in Free Support.
- Basic App Setup: We will assist you with the initial setup of the app in your store. This includes:
- Installing and activating the required App Embed and/or App Blocks.
- Ensuring the “Customize” button is properly displayed on product pages, only when relevant, and links to the customization interface as expected.
- Verifying that customized products can be added to the cart and processed without errors.
- Hiding Personalized Products: We will help you integrate the code required to hide personalized products from:
- Collection pages.
- Featured product collection.
- Search Results
- Product recommendations.
- Cart Integration: We will modify your cart to ensure that the preview image of the customized product is shown clearly to the customer.
- Test Product Setup: For testing purposes, we’ll create a sample product in your store and link it to one of the default product templates included in Qstomizer.
What's not included in Free Support.
To keep our service sustainable and fair for all users, the following are not covered under free support:
- Custom Theme Modifications: We do not make changes to your store’s theme outside of the standard installation process. This includes any layout or functionality changes beyond what Qstomizer provides by default.
- Custom Style Changes (CSS): We do not provide assistance with CSS modifications. The app comes with a default style that fits most themes, but any additional styling must be handled by the user.
- Custom Product Templates: We do not create or design custom product templates. Only the built-in templates are supported in the all plans.
- API Support: The Qstomizer API is provided with comprehensive documentation, but we do not offer technical support for API usage. Users must have the technical resources to implement API integrations themselves.
- Third-party App Conflicts: We do not offer support for issues caused by third-party apps. If Qstomizer does not function due to conflicts with another app, it is the user’s responsibility to resolve the issue, contact the third-party app developer or remove the conflicting application.
- Third-party apps integration: We do not offer integration with third-party apps or services.
- Any Other Services Not Explicitly Listed Above: If a service or task is not explicitly listed in the “What’s Included” section, it is not covered under free support.
